There are four residential assignments in our HCS Program in Houston, Texas.

Foster/Companion Care – This service is rendered in the residence of a foster care provider or with a companion care provider.

Residential Support – This service is rendered to individuals in a residential group home setting. This service is for individuals that require residential placement and staff is not able to sleep.

Supervised Living – This service is rendered to individuals in a residential group home setting. This service renders around-the-clock care; however, the staff is able to sleep at night.

Supported Home Living – This service is rendered in the individual’s own home or family home.
